Letter dated 31 March 1840 to Lewis Pratt of the Chestnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia, concerning an opera which Wilson apparently has written or produced. It was very well received at its New York premiere the previous night, and he plans to bring it to the Chestnut Street Theatre.
